A growing FinTech company had outgrown their initial customer-facing portal: originally built by a freelance team with no documentation, poor performance on mobile, and a 4.2-second average load time that was directly hurting conversion rates and support ticket volumes.
Our Application Development Solution
We audited the existing codebase, defined a new architecture, and rebuilt the portal as a performant Vue 3 / Nuxt application with a Node.js API layer. We introduced component-level caching, lazy loading, a design system, and integrated their KYC and payment provider APIs. The project was delivered in 14 weeks with zero data loss.
